• Rentals

  (a) Standard Services

  Monthly rates advertised include rent, electricity (within fair usage), heating, council tax.

  • Mail delivered directly to the floor.

  • Cleaning and maintenance of the common areas on a weekly basis.

  • Broadband internet access only £8 a month for all private offices and available to desks for £6 pcm per desk.

  • SDSL Broadband available for only £8 per month. Ideal for hosting phone systems etc.

  (b) Optional Extras (at nominal rates)

  • Visitor parking and parking permits by arrangement.

  • Telephone line/handset rental.

  • On-site shared Microsoft Windows server for file and email sharing. Also web hosting server onsite

  • Personalised telephone call answering by a professional receptionist who will deal with your calls according to your specific requirements.

• Hot desking

  If you require desk space on a short term basis then we can help, even at short notice. For just £15 a day we can provide a desk with full use of facilities and internet access.

• Co-location

  Co-location mailboxes offer you the prestigious BH1 address with just a £24 pcm price-tag.
